Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders over $75 shipping to the lower 48 states will automatically receive free UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground shipping. Some smaller packages may ship USPS Priority Mail when this method will result in faster delivery. Free shipping does not apply to oversize items, overnight, 2 day ship or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, unless you select a specific provider. Due to the weight of ski boots and snowboard boots, we reserve the right to ship your order using UPS in order to provide you the best price possible. We only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is accurate, and to use the tracking number provided to claim your shipment.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Rural addresses often require 1 or more additional days to deliver. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call us with the item and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Multiple Packages
If you place an order for more than one item, it is possible that multiple packages may be sent, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result. Each package will have its own tracking number which will be sent to you in an email when the package is shipped. It is possible that your packages will arrive at different times.
Oversize Items
Due to package size restrictions from shipping carriers, some large or bulky items may incur an additional handling charge. If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, you will only need to pay this additional charge. Items with handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description on the product purchase page.
Damaged Items
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us by phone at 1-410-833-1101 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. Your invoice number (found on the packing slip) will help us quickly initiate a claim. We can provide you with a prepaid shipping label by email. If we have the same item in stock we can send you a replacement as soon as we receive the original item back.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mid Atlantic Actions Sport LLC - Ski Center LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mid Atlantic Actions Sport LLC - Ski Center LTD will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Sales Tax
All prices are in US dollars. The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location. We collect sales tax for items shipping to Maryland.
Order Number
After you enter your credit card information and click "Purchase" on the final checkout page, we will give you an Order Number. At the same time, we will send an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. You will receive another e-mail when your order has been shipped, be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Canceling an Order
Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get your order on its way quickly and efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please call 1-410-833-1101 or email [email protected] so that we can attempt to put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. Orders can only be modified or canceled up until its status becomes “Shipped”. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to exchange or cancel your order.
Gifts
If you are sending a gift, make sure to put the recipient's address in the "Shipping Address" section during the checkout process.
The purchaser's billing address goes in "Billing Information." If you prefer that the receipt included with the product not show prices, please ask for a gift receipt in the comment section or call us at 1-410-833-1101
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the original purchase price.
All Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return. (Clearance items are defined as 40% or more off of retail pricing).
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for the following items (unless defective):
- Clothing items that have been worn
- Helmets
- Neck Gaiters
- Balaclavas
- Base Layers
- Clearance items
- Socks
- Merchandise that was used
Returned merchandise must:
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Return requests need to be emailed to [email protected] or phoned to 410-833-1101 with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will be required to package your product along with a copy of the order confirmation to the address provided below. Provide the reason for the return and whether you wish an exchange or refund on the the order confirmation included in the return package.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Defective Merchandise
Products are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective. Customers are responsible to pay shipping charges to ship the item back to the store. Ski Center LTD will cover the expenses associated by sending the merchandise back to the manufacturer for investigation. Certain manufacturers prefer to exchange with customers directly, so do not forget to verify the manufacturer warranty policy and process before sending an item for defective reasons.
Exchanges
It's easiest to handle an exchange as a separate invoice from the original order. Place a new order for the items you would like and then follow our returns procedure. Your return will be credited to your credit card when it's received. Any new order will be a new charge. If you do not want to have a new charge on your card, you may send back the return and request an exchange. Once the product is received, we can send you the replacement product. Please keep in mind that there is a possibility that the item you need will go out-of-stock before we receive your package.
Out-of Stock Items
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, on rare occasion it may turn out that we are sold out of a particular item that was listed as available. In that case, we will notify you as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off of your order so that we can send the remaining items out to you without delay.
Warranties
Items returned to us for warranty evaluation will be dealt with through our suppliers to determine if the problem is a manufacturer defect or due to normal wear and tear. Please include an explanation of how the failure occurred. This information will be included in our correspondence with our suppliers. By law, all apparel items sent in for warranty evaluation must be clean or a cleaning fee will be assessed and resolution of the problem will be delayed. If an item is found to be covered under warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's policy and then returned to you as promptly as possible. In the event that the item is not warrantied, there will be a $10.00 ($25 oversized) shipping charge before the item is returned to you.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Pricing
Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Accepted Credit Cards for Internet purchases include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Price Adjustments
If you find the same item you purchased on sale on our site within 14 days of your original purchase, we will credit you for the difference as long as it is the exact same model, color and size, and is still in stock.
